Had facilities needed in my double room, including a fridge, climate control, and a kettle. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would come here again.

The staff at One Shinimamiya was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. One night, we had a noisy guest next door, but the hotel handled the situation promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby markets and restaurants. The room was small, but clean and cozy. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Osaka.

Small rooms, well-laid out with clear photos. Kind, English-speaking staff. ~8 min walk to subway station for tourist spots.

We loved the hotel's location as it was near a train station, temples, and a famous food street. The staff was friendly and treated us kindly, making us feel very welcome. The room was cozy and clean, and we had a great rest.
Nothing to be said.

Spent xmas in this hotel and gotta say, two complementary facts offered were a real treat! the location was perfect because it was a short walk to some of the best attractions in the city. And one more thing, the bed was pretty comfortable, snuggled us in nicely after walking around all day.
The cons outweigh the pros. the bathroom was quite disappointing, and the room was smaller than expected- felt cramped in there.

The hotel was in a great spot, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and just a short walk from public transport. Our room was compact but immaculately clean, with all amenities we needed, including a kettle. The staff were exceptional, always ready to help and friendly.
While the room was clean and comfortable, the lack of natural light made it feel a bit cramped.
